Quality Guarantee

Personalgrgifts takes pride in delivering fresh, high-quality floral arrangements. We guarantee that all flowers will arrive in excellent condition. If you receive an arrangement that does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement, refund, or credit toward a future purchase.

Return Eligibility

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted for standard floral arrangements. However, we will consider returns or exchanges in the following circumstances:

  • The arrangement was damaged during delivery
  • The arrangement does not match the description or agreed-upon design
  • The flowers arrived in poor condition due to our error
  • You received the wrong order

Non-perishable items such as vases, containers, or accessories may be returned within 14 days of purchase if they are unused and in their original packaging.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at info@personalgrgifts.cv or through our contact page within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. Please provide your order number, photos of the issue (if applicable), and a description of the problem. We will review your request and respond within 48 hours. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your arrangement and would like to exchange it, please contact us within 24 hours. We will work with you to create a replacement arrangement that better meets your expectations. Exchanges are subject to availability and may require additional payment if the replacement arrangement is of higher value. We cannot guarantee exact matches for custom designs, but we will work to create something similar or better.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of order:

  • Standard Orders: May be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Custom Orders: May be cancelled up to 7 days before the event date for a partial refund. Cancellations made within 7 days may forfeit the deposit.
  • Event Orders: Cancellation terms will be specified in your event contract. Generally, cancellations made more than 14 days before the event may receive a partial refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your arrangement arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund. Personalgrgifts is not responsible for damage that occurs after delivery due to improper care, accidents, or natural causes beyond our control.

Delivery Issues

If your order was not delivered on time or to the correct address, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and work to resolve it. If the delay or error was our fault, we will provide a replacement, refund, or credit as appropriate. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer or circumstances beyond our control.

Special Orders and Custom Arrangements

Special orders and custom arrangements are made to your specifications and are generally not eligible for return or refund unless there is a quality issue or error on our part. We work closely with customers on custom orders to ensure satisfaction before completion. If you have concerns about a custom order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can address them.

Refund Processing Times

Once your refund request is approved, processing times vary by payment method. Credit and debit card refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, though it may take longer depending on your financial institution. Bank transfer refunds may take 7-14 business days. We will notify you once your refund has been processed. If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact us for assistance.

Store Credit and Gift Cards

In some cases, we may offer store credit or a gift card instead of a cash refund. Store credit and gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are valid for one year from the date of issue and can be used toward any purchase from Personalgrgifts. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution of your return, refund, or exchange request, please contact us to discuss your concerns. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
